Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded but we can in some cases exchange the item, for example, bigger size. Adult items/toys are not exchangeable or refundable so please by it wisely.

We only replace garments if they are defective or damaged, or you feel that the size is too small or too big. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will get more instructions how to return your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Our garments/items are always with tracking numbers so in some cases we ask you to be more patient. We didn't have a situation that packages were missing.
